Monday 11th – we pray for all who meet on our premises today: Jigsaw, Monday Mum’s, Playgroup and Boys’ Brigade. May each person feel welcomed and valued as part of God’s church family. We also pray for Francis who is 10 today – Happy Birthday, Fran.
Tuesday 12th – Maria asks for our continuing prayers for her next door neighbour who has cancer. May he know that we are thinking of him and find comfort from our prayers.
Wednesday 13th – Elaine asks us to pray for her daughter Helen and her fiancé Adam who are getting married in the US today. We pray for God’s blessing on their marriage and on all who are sharing this joyful occasion with them.
Thursday 14th – please pray for Mabel whose move into a new home in Fagley coincided with the death of her brother. May she know how much we care for her and may God be with her as she settles into her new surroundings.
Friday 15th – this month we pray for the residents of Park Road; may they know that they are in our thoughts and that we care for them.
Saturday 16th – Kim asks us to pray for her friends Pam and Jack who are grieving for Pam’s mum, Mary. May God comfort them at this difficult time.
Sunday 17th – we pray for all who worship with us today. As we break bread and share wine, may we be aware of God’s presence among us.
