Monday 4th – Pat asks us to pray for Bob’s dad on his birthday and for his mum’s continuing improvement. May God surround them with His love and care.
Tuesday 5th – we pray for all who meet on our premises on Tuesdays: Jigsaw, Mum’s and Toddlers, Playgroup, Tuesday Fellowship, Karate, Guides, and Card makers/Scrapbookers. We give thanks for their creative play, fun and fellowship.
Wednesday 6th – Maria asks that we pray for her daughter who had an operation recently and is waiting to find out what further treatment, if any, is needed. May she and Maria be comforted by our love and concern.
Thursday 7th – Louise asks us to pray for Ann Howard and her family. Ann’s brother had an operation for a brain haemorrhage and his recovery is slow. We pray that God will comfort and strengthen them at this difficult time.
Friday 8th – we pray for all who meet on our premises today: Jigsaw, Playgroup, Mum’s and Toddlers, Police drop-in and Sorted. We give thanks for their work in our community. As each person enters through our door, may they know that they are part of our extended church family and that we care for them.
Saturday 9th – today is the Women's Network Conference in Cleethorpes. Chris asks us to thank God for all the work that Women's Network does world wide, and for Magnet magazine, a wonderful resource for personal and public use.
Sunday 10th –at today’s Circuit United Service we recommission our local preachers and celebrate Alan Barker’s 50 years of preaching. We praise God that they have responded to His call to preach and give thanks for their dedication and service. We pray that others may hear and respond to God’s call to work for Him in this way.
